Complaint Policy

At AIMS ACCA, we value your feedback and are committed to addressing any concerns you may have. This Complaint Policy outlines how we handle complaints to ensure transparency, fairness, and timely resolution.

1. How to File a Complaint

If you have a complaint regarding our services, courses, staff, or any aspect of your experience at AIMS ACCA, you may submit your complaint in writing via email to aimsacca@gmail.com or submit a written complaint at our office during working hours.

2. Information to Include

Your complaint should include your full name, contact details, a clear description of the issue, any supporting evidence or documentation, and your preferred resolution.

3. Acknowledgement

All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 business days of receipt. You will receive confirmation that your complaint has been received and is being reviewed.

4. Investigation & Resolution

We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days. If additional time is needed, we will inform you of the delay and provide an estimated timeline.

5. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the management team for further review. The final decision will be communicated to you in writing.

6. Confidentiality

All complaints will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of investigating and resolving your complaint.
